WHO WE ARE
Bridging the gap between impact and audience.
The Sow Collective is a consulting firm focused on branding, marketing, strategy, advertising, and storytelling. We partner with mission-driven organizations, small businesses, startups, and public sector leaders who want to better connect with the communities they serve.
We help organizations clarify their brand, craft authentic narratives, and build marketing strategies that drive real engagement and growth. Too many great organizations struggle to translate their vision into messaging that resonates—or to build approaches that are both strategic and culturally relevant.
We solve that. By combining strategic consulting with storytelling expertise, we help clients define their voice, design impactful campaigns, and align marketing with their broader mission—so they can build trust, reach the right audiences, and grow sustainably.

In partnership with Michigan Central, we supported the planning and launch of the Girls STEAM Summit—an event designed to introduce and inspire young women to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
Our role focused on developing the event's marketing, messaging, and storytelling strategy—ensuring it resonated with students, educators, and community partners. We coordinated communications, shaped the narrative, and ensured the program reflected a mission-driven approach to expanding access and representation in STEAM fields.
The summit brought together industry professionals, educators, and organizations to deliver hands-on learning experiences, panels, and workshops that expose students to real-world STEAM career pathways.

OUR CONTRIBUTIONS
Brands I've Worked With.
The Sow Collective exists to bridge that gap. Strategy and storytelling shouldn't be an afterthought—they should be tools that unlock growth, visibility, and access for the organizations and communities that need it most.
We believe strong storytelling and thoughtful strategy can transform how organizations connect with people and expand opportunity. Whether it's helping a startup build its brand, supporting a community initiative, or helping institutions better engage the communities they serve—the goal is always the same: to help ideas with impact reach the people who need them.
On the hard days, what keeps us going is knowing that when organizations tell better stories and build stronger strategies, they create real change—opening doors for young people, supporting small businesses, and helping communities see themselves reflected in the work being done.
"Too many organizations doing meaningful work struggle to communicate their value or reach the audiences who would benefit most from what they offer."
Stories shape opportunity.
